 Returns / Shipping Policy

​RETURNS POLICY

​

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

​

1. You have14 days to request a return. You must EMAIL us at dolledcollection@gmail.com subject (ITEM RETURN) within 14 days of receiving the order. No returns made after 14 days from the confirmed received date will be accepted.

​

2. Shipping is free on your 1st return order. We will provide a shipping label via email. Items must be returned to the address on the shipping label not the sender address. 

 

3. We can not exchange items. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price, minus taxes and shipping. The return will be processed once the item is received. You are welcome to make a new order during the return process. 

​

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We work with different vendors to provide the list items. Please allow 1-2 days for orders to be processed. All orders received by 10pm Mountain Time will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10pm Mountain Time will not be processed until the following day. 

​

Once the order has been processed, you will received a email that it is being processed, then a follow up email with a tracking number and expected delivery date. 

​

Most orders will be are processed and delivered within 14 calendar days. If your items are delayed by the vendor due to shipping. You will receive an email update with the new expected delivery date. 

​

Because we work with varies vendors, your items may come in separated packaging on different dates.
